IMPORTANT! - NEW PUBLIC MEETING LOCATION and WEEKDAY EFFECTIVE NOVEMBER 9, 2017

Sunday, October 8 2017

The Como Lake United Church, where we currently hold our monthly meetings, is planning on rebuilding. As a result, the BMN Executive have been on the search for a new location for our public meetings. We are happy to announce that we have found a wonderful new location! As of this November, BMN monthly meetings will move from the current location (Como Lake United Church located on the corner of Marmont Street and King Albert Avenue) to The King of Life Lutheran Church located at 1198 Falcon Drive (the corner of Falcon Drive and Guildford Way) in Coquitlam.

Meeting space at this new location was only available on Thursday evenings. Therefore, starting this November, public meetings will be held on the second THURSDAY of each month (excluding July and August when there are no meetings).
The next public meeting will be:

Date: Thursday, November 9
Time: 7:30 pm – 9:00 pm (doors open at 7:00 pm)
Location: King of Life Church, corner of Falcon Drive and Guildford Way in Coquitlam

The BMN Executive are very excited about the new meeting space, and think you will be, too. It is bright and spacious with plenty of seating. There is a foyer for setting up display tables and where people can easily gather. A kitchen available for our use. The church has an excellent audio-visual system including a presentation screen mounted from the ceiling that is easily viewable by everyone. There is a large parking lot adjacent to the church with easy access (a level entry) to the building.

We will be sending a broadcast email, and will phone members without an email address, informing of the meeting location and weekday change. We would appreciate if you would spread the word to others who may be interested in knowing.
Thank you to our Executive team members, Mary Metzger, Lori Austin, and Victoria Otton for their work on securing a new meeting location for our club.
