BMN HIKE: Brohm Lake Interpretive Forest

Saturday, June 3 2017 at 8:00 AM

All who drive the Sea to Sky Highway to Whistler pass by Brohm Lake, but relatively few stop to sample what the adjacent Interpretive Forest has to offer. On this easy to moderate outing, we will loop through the Interpretive Forest and also circle Brohm Lake. The hike will feature outstanding views of the spectacular Tantalus Range. Roundtrip distance, depending on the route chosen, is 8-10 km (5-6.2 mi). Elevation gain in the Interpretive Forest is 150 m (500 ft); there will be additional cumulative elevation gain on the trail around the lake. Meet at 8:00am. Return 6:00 pm.
